This is a 10 pages PDF file with lots of pictures and tricks to help you create your own amigurumi step by step. It is available in english (with US terms).

Crochet level : Beginner

Your sushis and makis should measure about 3.5 cm (1.4 in), the size may vary depending on yarn, hook size, and personal tension. I use a 3 mm (C2) crochet hook with Friends Cotton 8/6 to have a realistic size. (01-31-51-54-124-26-108-09-104)

You will also need scissors, yarn/embroidery needle, pins, glue and fiber-fil stuffing.
